Recently, the signing ceremony of Dasun and Maxwell HJT cell equipment procurement contract was held in Suzhou, China. Jian Zhou, Chairman of Maxwell, Wenlong Liu, Head of Sales of Maxwell, Yubin Zhou, Executive Director of Dasun, Yejun Zhou, CEO of Dasun, attended the signing of the contract.
According to the agreement, Dasun will purchase 1.2GW of heterojunction cell production equipment from Maxwell, which will be used in the first phase of the Dasun's Anji HJT manufacturing project. With a total investment of about RMB 5 billion, the project plans to build 4.8GW HJT cell and 4.8GW PV module automatic production lines.
In addition, based on the concept of complementary advantages and mutual benefit and win-win results, Dasun and Maxwell will cooperate in the fields of PV equipment, manufacturing process improvement, technology R&D upgrading, etc., to accelerate the industrialization of HJT PV products.
